Now that we've had about a week, which one do you like better Twitter or Threads?

Let me put it this way...

I don't agree with the appeal for Twitter and twitter-like apps in the first place, but Threads is essentially the same thing with significantly more censorship and selective elevation, and a much more invasive terms of service; the reason you're not getting plastered with ads on it is because everything about you is getting tracked, harvested, and sold off.

They can reinvent the wheel as many times as they want, but these things simply aren't worth it.

There is no web version of threads so I can't use it. Twitter has become a cesspool of far right misinformation pushed in front of people under the false flag of "free speech," though. So I pretty much use this site more than Twitter, at this point. Not that gag is wildly better when it comes to misinformation, but at least traffic is substantially slower.

Probably Threads. It's fresh, no ads yet, UI is simplistic. The less features the better.
