THREADS was launched on 6 July 2023 by META (Facebook) to compete with Twitter.

THREADS rapidly attracted 100 million users, but things may not be that great. In its second week, the number of daily active users was down about 20% from its peak, and users spent 50% less time on the app, NBC reported based on data from Sensor Tower.

I’m not and just because of the stigma attached to it. Also I’m not a fan of social media so I wouldn’t want to get involved.
