Has anyone had problems with Medion Notebooks?

I bought my laptop from Laptops dierect last year and all of sudden its developed a fault where the battery won't charge.

If it was a used laptop, then you will often have to use warranty to get a battery replacement. Else eat the cost and get another.

But if it's a new laptop, then it could be a faulty battery and you should get it replaced.

All batteries last between 3-4 years regardless of if it's a Tesla or laptop.

I've never had one of that brand.

However, what is the warranty period? Depending on that you can have them fix it free.

And, aren't you in the UK? My understanding is that the UK is pretty strict on selling defective merchandise. You may have some remedy there.

not with Medion Notebooks but i did has similar promblem with my HP laptop and did change my laptop to Lenovo brand instead.
