Where to print documents if I don’t have a printer?

Is there’s any places to print documents for free or at a low cost if I don’t own a printer?

Try your local library. Where I live, that's the least expensive place for copying documents. If you are publishing and making scads and oodles of copies, then an office supply store or a Kinko's-like copy store is the best bet. Googling "Document copying" or similar may turn up good leads too.
