What's your favourite search engine?

I've just discovered the wonders of 'DuckDuckGo'. So much better than either Bing or Google (those two are just SO buggy).

Interesting results thus far. Google is in front, with 71%, followed far behind by DuckDuckGo at 29. No votes yet for any of the other contenders.

I use none of the above but my search engine is called "Ecosia".

The creators of that search engine do something useful as they plant a tree for every number of searches done.

I never used any of those big companies' search engines as they collect data on every user.

Been using Duck for years Works well with Opera or Brave browsers. Ubuntu as an OS. No Microsoft crap here!

Free OS. Free software. Easy fo use. No microsoft bloatware. You can run it from a live CD to try it out before you install it.

I use Google. I've either never heard of or never used most of the others.

I HATE Bing though. Bing is desperate and annoying. Bing is Gil from The Simpsons...

My laptop came with Bing already on it, rather than Google Chrome, and I can't get rid of the rotten programme. It won't uninstall.

I use Brave... used to be duckduckgo but they sold out. I occasionally use google, mostly for maps, to check address of some restaurant etc but I don't trust them beyond that.

I have it set on Yandex. However, when searching for general information such as grammar, a math formula, or otherwise that is not political, I will often click on Google.

I'd say its a mix.. Bing would be the one that is only because its nice to have 'bing rewards'.. Plus DuckDuckGo as the privacy it offers is nice..

Google is okay if all else fails.

I like the results Google gives, but only use it occasionally as I don't like how it tracks me. For that reason I usually use DuckDuckGo in Firefox.
