Any IT guys on here I can Dm about a good NAS?

I need something that can share links to folders and preferably password protect them. I don't know if it's better to hire someone to build this or if a complete solution exists already that doesn't cost 10k 😂

I don't actually have good advice because I personally just use an external harddrive and a windows fileshare. I do love Freenas but thats not beginner friendly.

I need something that I can upload my raw video files to for storage. A project could easily be 200gb. But sometimes a client will ask for a specific clip so I'm looking for a way to access the files remotely (hopefully from a phone as well) and create folders I can share with specific people easily.

I don't know if it is going to require integrating it with my website or maybe the NAS can be set up as a standalone server but I'd like to be able to allow people to access files without needing to download anything.

Have you ever seen something that can do this below the enterprise level?
