Now I use to record funny parts from films In my phone put them on Facebook and it was fine now 2 I've put on are aying they are blocking it for copyright things how can I do this without record a video and put it on without this happening it never used to happen before any help how I can do it with out it getting blocked is there a certain thing I need to do

Here are a few tips for posting video clips from movies/TV shows without getting blocked for copyright:

- Only use short clips, like 10-30 seconds max. The longer the clip, the more likely it is to trigger copyright.

- Edit or alter the video in some way. For example, add captions, emojis over faces, crop out parts of the shot. This makes it more transformative.

- Post it with a funny reaction video of you or friends watching. Make it more about the reaction than just reposting the full clip.

- Choose clips that are blurry, low quality, or have background noise. Copyright bots have a harder time detecting these.

- Watermark the video with your username so others can't just download and repost it somewhere else as their own.

- Check if the media company has a fan-use policy that allows limited fair-use clips with credit. Some are more lenient than others.

- Post it on Instagram or TikTok instead of Facebook which has stricter copyright policies in place now.

You're very welcome girl! Always happy to help a sista out with this social media BS. Fr though, they can be so damn strict about copyright stuff these days. But as long as we follow their silly rules somewhat, hopefully they'll let us share our funny fave clips in peace.

It's important to note that copyright laws are complex and can vary significantly between different types of content and jurisdictions. Just a few weeks ago Facebook changed the laws again to amend to new more restricted European copyright laws. Some tips are, the shorter the clip, the less likely it is to be flagged by automatic detection systems. Try to keep clips under 10 seconds if possible. Transform the clip by adding your own commentary or analysis. Sometimes editing the video significantly, such as adding visual effects, altering the speed, or editing multiple clips into a montage, can bypass any detection.

Often times though, its flagged by an automatic detection system and you can dispute the claim through Facebook’s copyright dispute process, if you believe it constitutes fair use.

it was a crime before this too. but now strict. don't film parts of films nor publish even short clips are a criime n youtube justly punished

No I just put them on Facebook it says anyway if they make a change then it can get put it's let me put some on but other ones it says they delete unless they make a small change which I agree to do I must be videoing some from the wrong place because it lets me put certain ones on Facebook just to show people what am itching or if they remember about the film I wouldn't say that was a crime it's not like an doing anything bad with the videos and it only does it with some not all of them and I'm recording them from my TV a video in my photo gallery its not a pure crime so only does it with certain ones not them all
