What console do you prefer a Xbox one or Xbox 360?

The 360 was a jumbled mess with slow menus. If you had a disk in the tray and jumped into the game, it was clean enough, but the PS2 was far superior in that regard.

Also, all the basic online features of the 360 were clunky. The PS3 was even worse in that aspect.

The Xbox One was designed with the internet in mind from day one. From there, it has undergone continuous evolution, leading from the Xbox One to the Xbox Series X.

On top of that we can play 360 games on new faster hardware. I remember playing fallout new vegas and a teen age hardcore day of playing I could get to novac on 360. today I could push to new vegas properly just off of loading times with more then a little fucking around getting ratslayer gun just from faster load times.

Everything I want to play from the 360 era is on the series x. From there I have better load time. So I don't know if there is anything to miss?

I like both, but I have spent more time playing games on my Xbox 360, though I do have more games on my Xbox One.

Have you played the Mass Effect trilogy on 360, or Dragon Age Origins, or Civilization Revolution?

Or State of Decay 2 or Defense Grid 1 & 2 on Xbox One? Those are some of my favorites.

I never had an Xbox 360 but I have an original Xbox from the early 2000’s that I usually play for nostalgic games and I have an Xbox One so I prefer Xbox One as you can also play Xbox 360 games on it as well.

I had an xbox 360 for a far while and then I bought an xbox one and did not realise that on xbox one that you had to preinstall the games online and have an account on xbox live to play the games.

Well that’s his opinion but me - I first got my first game console which was the Xbox 360 when it still was hot back then in 2012. I had so many memories playing it every single day and the games I’ve played I had fun playing like King Kong, WWE, Batman, and many others. It’s old now and haven’t played it in years but that was my baby - my first and I will never forget the times I had with it.

Before PlayStation that I have now, it was the Xbox that started it off for me.

I remember when that game was new but couldn’t get to play it til like when PS4 in 2017 something like that but in 2011 I always remember passing by GameStop in the mall with the trailer of the game when it came out then through the window of the store

That said, Xbox 360 is a functional emulator Xbox One doesn't yet. 360 also has games from an era I enjoy more. So for now the 360 wins, but there have been games I wanted to emulate that you then discover how bad the 360 version is. Such as Forza Horizon 2 being a shell of the actual game.
