Can someone please tell me what GAG’s definition of spam is?

I’ve asked this before and I’ve never gotten an answer. But what I did get was my question deleted for being spam. So just asking what spam is, is spam.

In the real world, spam is that junk mail in your paper mailbox, your electronic mailbox or your texts. It's impossible to spam on this site. So what i
does it really mean?

Also, the question I got removed today was just a YouTube video. They told me I'm not allowed to post links or soliciting. Since when are YouTube videos considered a link? The message also said I may have been soliciting. Isn’t that when you’re selling something?

They just deleted another question of mine for being spam. I asked why Biden doesn't fly in illegals to his home town. Of course that is spam. They won't tell me what spam is, because they are cowards.
