Cause it is a toxic practice we do. Social media is very toxic and even on here it's really toxic.

Your posting expecting likes and people to enjoy your stuff. But one bad comment ruins it all.

Your sharing your life and you want attention for it. But it hurts when it's not as much as you want.

a lot of adults noticed this and take breaks or stop posting.
