Why is Samsung such a shitty phone?

I was using redmi note 9 which 4gb ram and 128gb storage. I was so happy with it. Used it for 4 years without a problem.

And I wanted to purchase resmi note 13. But my dad said there is Samsung a15 with the same price and Samsung is always better than that china shit.

And I have purchased Samsung a15 which is 8gb ram and 256gb storage. And in just one week it started to crash and even YouTube and some apps are starting to freeze and showing some strange problems and the general user interface is so shitty and complicated in Samsung. I regret so much.

It never happened in my Xiaomi redmi note 9.

Never had any issues with mine. Then again, I'd never get an A version. The specs aren't so good on those.

Get the flagship or mid range samsung. I use them, they're always quick and seldom crash.

You're confused. An A15 is a lesser Samsung phone competing with the Redmi price range. It is nowhere near the S range Samsung.

Been using my A33 for over 2 years now and its been running without problems, and the samsung i had before never had any real issues as well.

The Redmi my wife has had all sorts of problems. So maybe both manufacturers have a few bad apples in their production line.

Sounds like a software issue, but I don't know much about phones.
