Sound on vs Sound off. Which mode do you usually keep your phone on and why?

Get distracted easily, so everything's turned off, including notifications.

Sound off. I usually rely on the vibration mode, which isn't always emough.

It doesn't save me from my wife asking me where I am after 12 missed phone calls.

Mine has a handy slider at the side, i flick it between what it needs to be at the time. So if I enter my workplace for example I quickly flick it to sound off.

Sound off. It's so annoying hearing phones ring all day on their default ring tones lol. It's only on if know I have an important phone call I just receive.
