Do you charge your phones or tablets while on or off?

I charge mines while on if it’s for about two hours, but I turn them off if I want to charge them for much longer.

I charge mine while it's on. Thankfully not many people bother me so I'm not worried about missing a call or text. I usually do something else while it's charging, such as play a game, watch tv, or get on my desktop, so it's not a big deal. My phone rarely gets below 15 percent battery life, so it usually charges back in an hour or less.
