I do a no no. I leave it plugged in 24/7. I never take it with me when I go somewhere either.

I had a bad experience with my very first cellphone. If I unplugged it - it just never charged back to 100%.

I know I'm not supposed to do that but I have the worst luck with cellphones.🙄

My phone (iPhone 11 Pro) doesn't get a lot of use. I charge it daily or every other day just in case I need it in a given moment. I could get by with charging it every other day 95% of the time.

My phone is charging pretty much 24/7. I know it's technically not good to always have it charging, but I don't care too much. Battery seems to be doing just fine.

I don't have the newest phone at all... but I also don't use it that much so it will still last for a couple of days and then some more

however, I still recharge up to 80% before I go rest... that's supposed to be better for batteries
