How often do you use your smartphone in a day?

For me I’d say between 4 to 5 hours throughout the day periodically.

Not very often. My wife and I may have a few conversations a day, and I once in awhile have phone calls with colleagues. Texts are the majority of usage but then typically only a handful a day. I probably use it more as a camera than anything else, taking several pictures a day.

Too much honestly. Most of the day I'm either on my phone or on my computer. It's like I constantly need to be fiddling with something, or checking things

It's on Do not Disturb all day and I use the decent PC I have bought 2 years for everything 😉

I am really wondering why I got that thing, I am highly 'illiterate' on it.

Only to make and receive calls when I'm not home. The occasional text too. The rest of the time I prefer to use the home phone/ line!
