How often do you switch off your smart phone? And for how long?

I put the scheduled switch off and on and it will be switched off for 2 hours daily at midnight.

Daily

Once in two days

Weekly once

Weekly twice

I don't have a smartphone, I own an old, 3rd hand cell phone that is older than I am.

I only turn it on to make phone calls, once in the morning and once in the evening at a given time and this to call my family for 10 minutes.

After that, my cell phone is always off, always!

I am not addicted to my cell phone that is only used for emergencies and I feel perfectly well about it. I have no social media except for G@G and I live a life of freedom from electronic media. I intend to continue that way for as long as I can.
