Do you ever turn off your phone?

Almost never. There are times when I want to use it as a wi-fi hot spot for my laptop and every once it a while it won't connect, so I try rebooting it.

Other than than I leave it on all the time but turn off the ringer if I'm at a doctor's appointment or something.

I don't have to turn it off at night because I leave it in the living room and can't hear it in the bedroom, especially when I'm asleep.

Sure, if I absolutely do not want to be interrupted. I also leave my phone in the house if I'm out in the yard. I leave it at home sometimes if I run in heavy rain. On Friday nights it's face down and muted. Do I take shit about that? Yup, sometimes. A few people think they are entitled to instant access 24X7. They are not.

lol, I don't know where my phone is right now either. I might have left it in the Jeep. It might be under the pile of laundry I never quite got around to doing. It might be in the fridge. (Yes, I have totally done that. Don't ask. Hashtag: BlondeMoment 🤣) Or maybe the dog ate it. I don't know and I don't really care. I somehow manage to have a good day even without it. 😊

I have a work phone that is on during work hours; otherwise, no. My private phone hasn't been switched on since November 4th because I am on leave right now and I have no use for a cellphone while not working.

I don't even know where it is right now.

Admittedly, no. At least not often. However, there are times when I turn it completely silent, meaning the vibrate function is even turned off. That's usually when we're heading into church or during family prayer.

I usually do during the weekend, when I'm with my wife and daughter. Unless we have to go different ways of course and meet somewhere. Then it stays on and charged.

I can't turn it off during the week, as I need it for work.

My phone only turns off when I restart it when it starts to glitch or overheat. Otherwise it's always off and my calls are set to vibrate during the day and before I go to sleep, they're set to silent.

If I need a reset, I’ll put it on silent or do not disturb.

But fully shutting it down?

Only when I really want peace, or when I’m with someone and the moment deserves my full attention.

Yes, when I am providing my coaching and treatment my phone is alway turned off, and also when I am receiving treatment like a massage.

Finally, during intimate moments a phone interuption is a buzz killer it's always turned off then.

I put it on plane mode a lot and also turn it off for whole days sometimes on the weekend and overnight. I like to get a sense of not being bombared with some form of energy, no matter how subtle it is.

Some times when it locks up. Or when it begins to work weird. I once had one that would not call out of the local area. Turning it off fixed it. If I need to silence it. I use airplane mode.
