How many times do you usually charge your phone in a day? and what do you use? iPhone or Android?

I got that new iPhone air. The battery is better than I expected, but it is not nearly like my last phone. I usually put it on the charger at the end of the day for a bit and then overnight.

Samsung Fold 7 (Android) and I charge it at night and thats' the only time I do it each day.

Android I charge once a week. One charge lasts all week for me. I could go two weeks. Because one week takes me from 100% down to 60%.
