if we ever had a cyborg program where we could integrate ourselves with android technology and cybernetic parts, could something like that practically make all of us the perfect beings, if we were half human half robot, then we could reach our greatest heights never thought possible with our current physical limits

Nope. As "cyborg" possibility is still fiction. Sure we have some funky robotics and prosthetics, but nowhere close to the sort of melding that we read about in sci-fi novels.

As for the hypothetical, they would still be that "person" who has been melded. Just like Robocop was still that same cop, despite his different body.

He would still be ticking the "White male" box on the census.

Nope there will most likely still be faultiness like in most if not all human creations and like anything else it will turn more into a business than any form of help for society, meaning if you can't buy it, you can have it and you best believe if they use any smart technology on this which the changes are high then there's always a chance someone can hack into it and cause more issues, master race is a fantasy, and it's not a race, it's more of a species lol
