GAG experience?

I'm wondering what experience have all of you had on the site? I find that some people are little childish. What your experience? I have been blocked for no reason at all by a person that is very rude by the way I was very nice to her and she blocked me. I thought we are all grown on here.

If you think everyone on here is grown, you are sadly mistaken. This is where many that are shunned from society show up to air their grievances with why they are ignored by the world but in a way that absolves them of responsibility. They are usually angry and immature and are only here to be told what they want to head. They will often block you and devolve into childish insults when you do not agree with them.

I never blocked for years on here, but when I started to notice how many people had me blocked, I started blocking back. I also block obvious trolls, spammers, and those posting under multiple anonymous accounts, and there are dozens of those.

I have also seen people join this website and block me without making a single post, so I wouldn't take this website too seriously.

I only block people who are clearly being mean to me. Other than that, I don't care what stupid stuff people want to write.

I've been blocked as well for reasons unknown. Try not to take it personally. My guess is it is people with holier-than-thou attitudes.

I am aware of two people that have blocked me for no apparent reason. My guess is they just don't like something I wrote.

@Jeff51 Usually people attack me for something "flirty" or "sexual". Or they will find some other stupid little thing that means nothing to attack me about. But not on this site because we are allowed to be sexual on this site. But I have a strange feeling that there are some on here the might be against the sexual material here. If that is the case they should move to another site.

I feel like society has gotten out of balance. When I was a teenager, sex was the number 1 topic. And I didn't even need to try to be an angel in front of it all. (I was considered to be conservative) But now, most places if I just bring up the word sex, and it's like I committed a crime against humanity.

I would agree about the immaturity of some who can't handle being called out or shown to be irrational. The lack of clarity around blocking yet still seeing their links in the sidebar is annoying. Just hide them all

I check how many "liked by askers" i got, from askers, and it is a great feeling that my time and serious answers are appreciated except i am on the "wrong" side of politics so the bots... you know.

Talking about being blocked. I told the truth in a pm text and I immediately get blocked. These q/a sites and chat sites are not that important. It's not like I make a living here. Just get over blocking everyone you disagree with.

I've been on here since 2015 and a lot has changed I feel like a lot of people want to be helpful and not troll as much still trolls don't get me wrong but I find It's still a good site
