Does anyone else feel like they missed a tremendous opportunity for wealth with Bitcoin?

I don't trust it, and I think it's stupid, BUT having said that, if I HAD to take a guess when it dropped down a lot, I would've guessed it would surge back again one day, but it still seemed like a hell of a gamble. I could've poured all my $ in Bitcoin even when it was in the $16 K range about 2 1/2 years ago, and if I cashed out now I would've been set for life. Could've put a couple million in safe investments and just been good to go. :/

No. Having lived as long as I have and having achieved the net worth I have, I might've thought that way 20 years ago, but not now. Yes you could have increased your net worth exponentially. You also could've got wiped out. And that's ok at 20 if you don't have a lot to lose. But not IMHO at the age you are/approaching (assuming you have a nest egg). I'm not rich. But I do now make as much with my investments as I do at my job. I think it would've been fine to gamble maybe 10% of your portfolio on crypto if that's the way you wanted to go. But I wouldn't have gone anymore than that.

And I didn't completely miss the boat with crypto. I did invest RIOT block chain stock when it was at 8 dollars a share a couple years back. Rode it up to 12 and then sold it. Made me a 50% return. Made me a good return for nominal risk I took. So I made money off of crypto. Just not a ton and not directly.👍

I don’t know if I would’ve held to 100 K but the thought of making $2 million just sitting on my a** for two years and all I would’ve taken was a little bit of guts is very deflating in retrospect. I feel like that’s an amount of money that if I was smart with and combined with whatever income I will keep making I would be set in perpetuity

Nah, I heard about in 2014

I know people who dabbled with it, they made a good million between them

I dabbled turned £10 into £400 put that into XRP and lost the keys but that's worth several thousand now

I don't care about wealth. That is not amongst my interests, to me being that much concerned about wealth makes no sense, even though the large majority of people disagree with my view.
