Yes and very complicated ones, 16 + characters with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

OK, that's what I do as well. But I need to keep track of them in a separate document. There are too many to remember.

No. You can remote wipe iPhones in minutes if lost and no one can access it. Important things like passwords require two factor authentication.
