How do you keep track of all your online passwords?

They're all stored in my browser, so it remembers for me (autofill)

I use a password manager on my computer and/or phone

I write them down offline and keep them in a safe place

I memorize each one, and hope I don't forget any

I just use one password for every site, it's simpler that way

I use the autofill AND, before I had that luxury/ trap 😂, I just used one password for most of my accounts.

Thing is.. I had phrases,

and for my phone, I kid you not,

It is both a phrase and set of numbers-

A literal “book,” so I don’t even try to hide it from anyone who looks. Though, I don’t purposely show everyone, nor do I enter it in front of any same person more than thrice.

Once I was entering it. My sister was full on staring, and could not remember it, and just cussed me out for having such a long password 🤣.

I mean, we’re talking *abbreviations* and everything.

Another time she thought I was texting someone, and had asked for a favor minutes earlier, so she got annoyed and started picking an argument when she saw I was texting, and I simply showed her my phone and said:

”look! I’m still typing in my password!” 🤣

If that doesn’t work… I just use hate speech, no hacker would think to use for such a nice person like me 🙃😂

I use the Notes section on my phone and have a dedicated note for passwords, etc. Then every so often (prob not often enough, lol) I send it to a folder on my laptop & copy it to a flash drive.

I used old Microsoft Windows XP lable for passwords and I have them completely memorize the codes.

I always sign out and never stayed signed in. I never use a password manager. Why because password managers log your password and can be viewed by anyone that knows what their doing

I write them in a notebook (the paper kind). I've recently started my forth page. They are all different. The large majority of those are still active. I have about a dozen or so memorized. Although sometimes I get them mixed up and enter a PW from a different place.

For work: I write them down in a notebook. I have to change my work login every 90 days (3 months), and it has to have so many characters, can't be the same as an old password... so I have to get creative with my passwords!

For everything else, I have a notepad app on my phone where I put my passwords, and I keep that backed up in case something happens to my phone.

My phone does it for me now but I used to use one password for everything than one day Google app in my phone decide it knew better than me and locked me out of everything saying my ond password on everything is unsafe i had to go in verity its me than change all my passwords it was a major pain in the ass and that is why I longer use Google apps they get force stopped and replaced with something else

It depends on what email I am using but I have similar password per email account and username I change them every so often. I have auto fill in some and I also have a paid storage account which honestly has my hardest password yet to get in.

I use autofill or Face ID to log into most sites. But I try to use the same password for every site to make it easier. I have like 5 variations of the same password so I try each one until I get in the account lol

I have a book and my wife laughs at me for it and so do my teenagers. They stop laughing when they lose their game accounts because they didn't write the password down.
