Getting catfished by someone you trust online sucks. That aside the word catfished makes me think of cats too because I love cats. Lol

I have not. Honestly I don't spend that much time online anymore. Once I got my higher degree I've been quite busy. I'm not even sure the last time I had a meaningful conversation on here other than today with someone that I speak to once in about 6 or wo months. Wanna know why? We both have lives outside this site and do other things. I have a job (sort of) and. Just don't have the time. I try my best to moderate this site when I can but I'm afraid that I fail on many levels. That's okay though. We all move on in life and to bigger and better things. That's the whole point in one's life. You're supposed to superseded your last accomplishment and be a better person for it.

Catfishing comes in many forms. There are many anons on here posting under multiple accounts, including one very obvious one on this very post. Going anon and being male doesn't make you any less catfishy.

One of the most notable catfishes on here was a man who was very active on here years ago, and he fooled many people.

Not successfully. Most catfishes are lazy and you can typically catch a glaring inconsistency in thier deception if you pay attention.
