Have you ever accidentally sent someone a photo that you intended to keep private?

I was filling out an online form to get a product replaced. The company asked me to attach pictures showing the defect. I got an email back saying that one of the pictures contained "graphic nudity". Yikes! I had no idea I included something I shouldn't have. Now I'm wondering what they saw.

I've never accidentally sent something I shouldn't have, anything I've ever sent or shared even if it was revealing has always been because I wanted to send or share it
