I have a few tablets but I hardly ever use them. It's such a pain in the ass to get out the hammer and chisel to etch a few words in stone. Don't get me started on the misspellings. There must be a better way.
And no one is impressed by my "word of God", fire bush on the mountain, and sandals with a bedsheet delivery method these days.
I've heard of new a technology called a printing press. That may be the way to go for Christmas.

  Good morning. I have owned an iPad since the day they were first released. For the most part I use the tablet for email, the browser, and books (Kindle). But if I don't want to carry the laptop, I'll use the tablet to review a PDF version of a PowerPoint presentation and other business related stuff like reviewing contracts. The tablet sucks at spreadsheets though. And that's where a lot of my time is spent.
  
  I actually saw a new Samsung Galaxy Tab 13.1" tablet when I was in Boston for Thanksgiving. The friends I was staying with have one. Actually pretty nice. And the 3" bigger screen makes it a lot more useful without making it a chore to carry in a small backpack. And I'm fine with dumping Apple for Android these days.

The electronic kind? I have two but rarely bother with them As far as I know, I have no way to connect them to my computer so, there's not much point in it.

Nope. No tablet here. It can be convenient to have though for mobile usage if you don't want to carry around a laptop. I might get one in the future.
