Why do people use Apple or samsung phones while chinese phones have gigantic batteries and superquick charging?

First of all, Chinese phones are absolutely sold in America and they’re not restricted at all. The best phone I ever had was a Motorola. My smart watch is Chinese and it’s amazing.
But I’m using an iPhone now and I’m sold on them. I like the voice control and being able to create custom commands.
I have one app on my iPhone that has a spot where I have to press the button at least five or six times to get it to do anything. So I programmed a custom command and it opens very smoothly. I just say “Fuck” and it opens every time.

Because Chinese phones are heavily restricted in the US. Apple and Samsung are not.

Wow. That's bad for you. Chinese phones have massive batteries and fast charging and they are cheaper than Western phones. Chinese phones are not trash anymore.

It isn't the hardware that is the issue. It is the software and who may be able to access it from the Chinese government.

I am not interested in that. I am interested in a big battery life, superquick charging and long software, security support. Xiaomi, honor and poco phones have that.

Over here, we are interested in that. We don't want the Chinese accessing our data. Even if they are not today, they could tomorrow or the next day if they so choose.

Apple won't even unlock an iPhone for federal authorities.

So, it is cultural. I know americans have low trust in the government. I am a government employee in my country and I know our government do not have any ill will towards our people if you're a good person. At least our government do not. We're more concerned about scammers and hackers. So, it's cultural

My point is that in a global market, we can't speak about a 100% Chinese, a 100% American or a 100% French product. Especially in the electronics and car business (where a lot of functions are controlled by electronics), components are made all over the globe. Manufacturers nowadays are merely assembly lines, outsourcing almost everything. Maybe just the final quality control is done at the plant where the product has been designed.

Also, I have a couple of Chinese phones and a Samsung.
