How often do you check your cell phone when it has not made any noise (like has not rang or no beeps)?

I never grew up addicted to my phone 📱 📞
And I grew up with both dumb phone and smart phone era's.
Even to this day - if you stranded me or my soul on an island tomorrow 🏝️ I'd survive without the constant screen time 😝😝😝😝

How often? Hmm - usually I only will pick up my phone if I'm bored or I need essential info : shops, trading hours, where to find a product 📱 it's the life nowadays

@Abbycado not to be a frequent flyer here ✈️ yet I'm impressed you and even friends my age are into smart watches / fancy watches - even before Covid when they came out - I've survived with just 📱 and even you'll fall over when I say 💳 yes even the physical 💳.
I mean - "sometimes you don't want to live everything virtually - even my keys aren't virtual, yet" 🗝️
