Has YouTube's Autoplay got worse?

What I mean by it's got worse is it will go to another thing not related at all.
I am there watching back to back videos from someone I'm subscribed to then it randomly autoplay's in Muse Psycho great song but I haven't listened to that in a while nor does it make any sense for it be the next thing?
And the next thing on my feed wasn't that at all. Now if I was listening to music I'd expect it to go into more music. It didn't even go into a song I may have listened to recently lol

I swear sometime ago it would Autoplay the next thing featured in the feed and that would be something relevant and most likely another video from same channel if there was one and there was.

It has, but perhaps that is to drive click traffic or for other reasons. Unless you are on the dev team, we will never really know why.

Yeah I think it's on purpose too, though it baffles me cause surely giving me the content I want would make me keep watching if something comes up that I don't want I may stop and start doing something else.
