Anyone else getting sick of YouTube ads?

I just got back from a long trip overseas, it dawned on me while listening to YouTube, and I'm talking about the same YouTube I listened to in the United States, that there were no damn ads, I watched a real estate video today that was 8 minutes, and it interrupted three times for ads. At this point, if it's the same ad over and over again, I go out of my way to go to their YouTube channel and thumbs down it.

YouTube makes their money from advertising, so you can't blame them for making the most of the programs.

I do know if we're not happy about the advertising, we can pay a small fee, and there won't be any adverts.

I accept the adverts, and it just needs a bit of patience knowing otherwise there wouldn't be a YouTube.

I usually have a problem when YouTube keep showing the same long advert, but fortunately we can close the advert, but I'm sure they replace it with something else, sooner than if I'd let the advert run.
I usually find some interesting items on YouTube, and the music is good too, so I put up with the adverts.

Use opera on your phone instead of chrome. Zero ads. Smart tube on smart tv, zero ads. Ad blocker on desktop, zero ads.

Yep. In the middle of asmr, and there's a blaring ad for Temu. I brought premium and use it for music. And use it everyday.

They have almost broken me to get premium, the ad's are so intolerable and seemingly purposely designed to annoy and break you to do so. But I despise the company for how unethical they are, so don't want to. I'll try another ad blocker I guess, but they always don't seem to work.
