I think they would very likely actually target Trump's home in Florida, hoping that he was there when they did it. I think they are pretty angry at this guy for invading their country for no particular reason other than to satisfy his own ego. He has killed their citizens, destroyed their property, and basically made their lives hell because he doesn't like them. That's a hell of a level of dislike.

Probably NY, NY. Because like John Lennon once said, "The United States is the modern Roman Empire and New York is Rome. With only one shot Iran wouldn't be looking strategically (if they ever do). They'd be looking to inflict the largest loss of life possible.
