Currently still in seed stage and because of what's going on for the global economy, I have to put a pause to being an entrepreneur. Plus my parents are gonna retire within the next year or two, and return back to their homeland. I originally for a long time intended to offer multiple different products for my business, but obviously that makes my resources spread too thin and confuses both clients and investors.
I dropped IoT, generative AI, and industrial robotics entirely, but now I'm considering to also abandon (at least the dedicated/standalone forms of) agentic AI and XR components, as well as humanoid robotics. That leaves behind bio mimicry robotics alongside licensing/royalties of IP and servicing of products; in terms of the software ecosystem, I'll just use Linux and have it heavily modified to become its own OS.
I always wanted to pursue a specific niche and many people did criticize my startup for being too generalized, and I never really knew what my niche could be. Before it ranged from replacing middle management jobs to catering to more rural clients to seeking primary sector clients to being industry agnostic to even augmemtation over automation.
Sadly those are way too broad and now I've realized bio mimicry was the niche I should've went for this whole time; I was so blind that the solution was right before my eyes. I'll still implement IoT and generative AI into the bio-mimicry robotics itself, but they'll be quite insignificant. Now I know many will tell me it'll take forever for such a product to gain traction and that's fine because I'm still young.

Yes I understand that I'm trying to pursue too many stuff at once, and that I'm still very naive when it comes to deep tech, but I have time and energy on my side which I can dedicate myself to mastering entrepreneurship for the rest of my life

Bruh... what are you even talking about? what does generative ai have to do with biomimicry. IoT with biomimicry, fine, but agentic ai? Agentic ai at the moment is really only good for research purposes. And throwing XR out there, because, why?
You're going to try and compete with meta and open ai at the same time?
honestly... it's like you're just putting random things together that you think sound cool to try and sound smart. And all this in terms of industrial robotics and automation?
I'm an automation technician by trade and can't make head or high waters of what you're trying to say. You want to automate a system to create biomimicry robots? for what task? And do this while using agentic ai?
I didn't realize it was the year 2350. Nor that you have billions, if not trillions of dollars to even try some random amalgamation of said technology fields.
The things you're talking about are all individual fields in their infancy and I theorize you're trying to act smart by thinking no one will realize that you putting them all together to achieve "..." will sound smart.
It doesn't work like that on the internet my guy. Someone, somewhere, is going to know just enough about the topic to call you out on it.
You're talking complete nonsense.
Yes I'm a bit schizoid, so I'll eventually make it make sense
Ok correct, generative AI has absolutely nothing to do with it, and XR at least conventional forms are irrelevant; however, I'd want the robots to sometimes be manually controlled so XR has uses there. Lol no, I want to avoid competing with majority of startups and prominent companies, and if anything, I'd want Big Tech to partner and/or invest in me years down the road, but that's not doable right now given my current circumstances.
When I meant agentic AI, basically referred to forms of narrow AI that could allow the robot (s) to do stuff autonomously, so not necessarily copying what most startups are doing. And thanks for giving me a good reality check, since even ChatGPT, Meta AI, and Perplexity were telling me similar criticisms. Yeah that's just how I am, I try to do as much as I believe I can do, only to later realize I can't and then have to scale it down to reality.
No I've decided to abandon industrial robotics altogether, as with other stuff that don't fit into bio mimicry (IoT would only be like XR where it'd only be integrated for very specific uses).
If you really are an automation technician and telling the truth, then that means I don't have to rush things at all, but sadly that means my corporation will sit as a shell company for the next few years, and I'll just remain as a theoretical millionnaire (I would claim hypothetical, however the government recognizes shares issued by a corporation as real so whatever I personally don't believe anything under fiat is valuable)
Well if you didn't check past revelations of my entrepreneurship journey here on GaG, I just wanna do B2B although maybe expand to B2C; clients I honestly wouldn't care who, but in terms of who I start out yeah still need to figure that out, and sorry for so many comments but GaG doesn't let me edit old comments
