How can I unify my automation startup into one biomimicry robotics product?

Currently still in seed stage and because of what's going on for the global economy, I have to put a pause to being an entrepreneur. Plus my parents are gonna retire within the next year or two, and return back to their homeland. I originally for a long time intended to offer multiple different products for my business, but obviously that makes my resources spread too thin and confuses both clients and investors.

I dropped IoT, generative AI, and industrial robotics entirely, but now I'm considering to also abandon (at least the dedicated/standalone forms of) agentic AI and XR components, as well as humanoid robotics. That leaves behind bio mimicry robotics alongside licensing/royalties of IP and servicing of products; in terms of the software ecosystem, I'll just use Linux and have it heavily modified to become its own OS.

I always wanted to pursue a specific niche and many people did criticize my startup for being too generalized, and I never really knew what my niche could be. Before it ranged from replacing middle management jobs to catering to more rural clients to seeking primary sector clients to being industry agnostic to even augmemtation over automation.

Sadly those are way too broad and now I've realized bio mimicry was the niche I should've went for this whole time; I was so blind that the solution was right before my eyes. I'll still implement IoT and generative AI into the bio-mimicry robotics itself, but they'll be quite insignificant. Now I know many will tell me it'll take forever for such a product to gain traction and that's fine because I'm still young.

Yes I understand that I'm trying to pursue too many stuff at once, and that I'm still very naive when it comes to deep tech, but I have time and energy on my side which I can dedicate myself to mastering entrepreneurship for the rest of my life
