Why would I use either. Are you. Just asking to know so you know what users to ask what their IDs are? If that is the case then don't bother. Not going to give it to you in a million years.
Thank you. I am not looking or asking for anyone's ids are. This is a simple question between which people prefer, Snapchat or Telegram. This is a genuine question that I am curious to know which app people prefer to use and why.
