I make a point never to use Paypal because it faces several active legal challenges and investor class-action lawsuits concerning its financial disclosures, data security, and business practices.

If you enter Your Credentials on a duplicate website..
They can use it to login to real PayPal and Steal your funds
Just be careful because there is a fraudulent PayPal that looks exactly like the real one.
This type of thing is happening a lot because of AI.

No. I paid something a few hours ago on PayPal without any problems.
So did I, but now I just get a swirly ball. When I did get on it wouldn't take my password and said my email was not a paypal account.
"Swirly ball" means... the standard MacOS browser? Have you tried Firefox? And please make 1000% sure you are not trying to log into a fake site!
My friend tried using my log in credentials got on fine, so why can't I?
Have you tried a completely different browser? Also, if you use a router/WiFi access point, restart it. Once or twice a year I have the damnedest web symptoms until I restart mine.
I got on using Chrome. My desktop is only a Windows 10. Seems I should upgrade to Windows 11
