Where can you get Windows Movie Maker for free?

Recently, I have to purchased a new PC, and it doesn’t come with Windows Movie Maker. I tried to Google searched Windows Movie Maker, and I couldn’t find it. I can only find some Movie Maker apps that I have to pay for.

you can still get it Microsoft Clipchamp or something like that... also free, and at the Microsoft Store
