USA (about 40 of the 50 states), Canada, Mexico (+ every other country in Central America actually stopping at Panama), Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Morocco, Egypt, Israel, Sudan, Eritrea, Maldives, Yemen, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines.
I think that's it. I might have forgotten one or more.
@sabaya3 I sailed starting in Thailand (Phuket area, Chalong Pier was the meeting point) where I got on a 36' schooner with a Scottish guy who owned the boat and needed help sailing to Turkey. We had intended to go to India, but he was in a hurry so we sailed right past the southern tip, on to Maldives. In Maldives I met a British couple on another boat that took me scuba diving and we had a few days of fun and relaxing before on to the trip to Yemen. We had decided to sail together, a small group of 4 different boats, for fear of pirates and to look out for each other.
On the way to Yemen, the boat owner told me he wanted me to pay extra for diesel fuel. I had already paid him, the agreement being that what I paid covered fuel, food, and other boat expenses, but that I was on my own on land. The "food" was the cheapest food you can eat, things like rice, oatmeal, and cans of beans, so I was already a little fed up with his penny pinching and trying to charge me twice for fuel was too much. Long story shorter, I paid him, but also told him I was going to leave the boat once we got to Yemen. He ended up pulling up our old email and found I was right about the costs and gave my money back, but by that time the English couple had invited me aboard in Yemen and I accepted.
I traveled around Yemen a bit scared about being American, so I adopted a Scottish accent and told everyone I was Scottish (except the intake passport guy at the harbor, of course). I bough local clothes and tended to wear the turban bit in the full face mask style so I looked like a local. It was forbidden for tourists to travel by land, but I got a local guy to buy me a bus ticket and I went in my full Yemeni garb, just handed my ticket to the bus driver, and at all the military stop inspection points I just pretended to be asleep and never got questioned.
Once I was in Sa'na, it didn't seem to be a big deal for me to be out in the open so I was a bit more free and traveled by taxi or on foot as I shopped around and met some cool local kids who introduced me to the leaf drug they use there which I think they called "Ghat" or something like that. it was a bit like cocaine leaves I think though I've never chewed cocaine leaves this was definitely one that made you feel alert and time flew by.
I then went back to Aden by bus after Sa'na for a couple days, so it was just Sa'na and Aden that I visited. Very cool cities and everyone I talked to said the Taliban were just some crazy people but most Yemeni loved Americans and they wanted me to tell everyone that they didn't hate America at all.
Sweden, Norway, Scotland, Italy, France, Spain, Egypt, Tunisia, Canada, Mexico, Cuba, Hong Kong (before China took it over), Australia, British Indian Ocean Territories (find that with a magnifying glass), the Principality of Monaco, Thailand, and Pakistan, and probably one or two I have forgotten. Plus live in USA.

I'm currently planning a cruise to Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Russia, Finland, and Holland for 2022 but that depends on how this whole covid thing shakes out. 🤔
None 😔 I bought my passport and had my trip all ready and planned for October 2020 for Germany. But there were still border restrictions and I had to have my entire trip refunded. I hope to go sometime in the next few years.

You've got me beat. I'm an American and have only visited Canada and the Bahamas. I liked the Bahamas better though I've been to Canada twice. My travel bucket list includes Ireland, Scotland, England, Norway, France, Spain, Great Barrier Reef, Japan, Egypt and Rome.
Quite a few...

COVID and resulting lockdowns have really cut into my travel plans. I'm not young enough to throw away two years.

I've lived close enough to the Canadian border that I used to cross over regularly. Then in the service, I was in Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia. I have visited England and Scotland. I've been to Cuba and Haiti. When I was racing dirt bikes I started in Baja, Mexico. That's pretty much it for me.
