I've just seen Austria, Germany, Czech Republic and Turkey. That's it.

USA (about 40 of the 50 states), Canada, Mexico (+ every other country in Central America actually stopping at Panama), Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Morocco, Egypt, Israel, Sudan, Eritrea, Maldives, Yemen, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines.

I think that's it. I might have forgotten one or more.

Sweden, Norway, Scotland, Italy, France, Spain, Egypt, Tunisia, Canada, Mexico, Cuba, Hong Kong (before China took it over), Australia, British Indian Ocean Territories (find that with a magnifying glass), the Principality of Monaco, Thailand, and Pakistan, and probably one or two I have forgotten. Plus live in USA.

None 😔 I bought my passport and had my trip all ready and planned for October 2020 for Germany. But there were still border restrictions and I had to have my entire trip refunded. I hope to go sometime in the next few years.

I've lived close enough to the Canadian border that I used to cross over regularly. Then in the service, I was in Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia. I have visited England and Scotland. I've been to Cuba and Haiti. When I was racing dirt bikes I started in Baja, Mexico. That's pretty much it for me.
