Are white women tall on average or only the tourist who come visit my hometown?

I am like 5'11-6'0. I was walking by a group of tourist and geez, one is around my height and another was a bit taller.

The women you saw were probably from Northern European countries, people are very tall there, men and women.

Taller than any ethnicity, yes. 6’ is tall but definitely not super uncommon

Depends on your definition of "white". Obviously if you count Latinas, then no. People in South America are some of the shortest on the planet.
