I'd probably go to a closeby winery town with a friend, enjoy the wine tasting session, load up on some of my favorite table wines, have a picnic afterward, have a nice dinner at a fine restaurant later, and stay the night in a four-star hotel. I would then head back home the following day to enjoy the remaining leave at my home taking walks, ordering in yummy restaurant food, trying out my wines, and watching my favorite movies.
