In that particular spot near the muddy Bank probably not. I'd be way too concern about leeches, mosquitoes, camouflage snakes... now a little further out by a nice clearing or Out on the water... Id find that more accommodating. Just pack my plenty of bug repellent, a good pair of waterproof boots and Id tread and paddle along with someone who was a good guide. But just as a heads up if I let out a big shriek its most likely a spider 😳😵‍💫😖 and I will need to be retrieved 🥺 I will cling to my guide until I am FAR FAR away from that poor creature who most likely did not deserve to get yelled at because they were going about their day minding their own business when some jerk (me) walked into their home and began stomping around making a Ruckus. Lol 🤣🤣🤣

  Florida is literally crawling with spiders everywhere you look. You just have to make peace with them and learn where the bad ones live and what they look like. Then it’s all good. I’m a reformed arachnophobic. Knowledge is power! 🙂
