I used to love summer when I was young and lived near the beach. I didn't mind the heat at all. But where I live now, I so love the spring. Everything is green, daytime temps are in the 70s, the nights are in the high 40s to mid-50s. I always dread the onset of summer when the days are all hot and I have to use my AC inside the house. It's always a relief when things start cooling down in the fall and we start getting a bit of rain again.

For me, now, the only good thing about summer is girls in bikinis. Yes, thanks for those inspirational photos, Laurie. 😎😛🤣

I already have my holiday booked for the first week of Summer, but I cannot complain wit the way the weather has been here recently.

Driving to the beach very early in the morning watching the sun come up is a firm favourite of mine. Roll on next day off work!!!

We are very much looking forward to a fun summer while the kids are out of school! I like the heat more than my husband, but we certainly enjoy our family and vacation time every summer! I think because he spends so much time outside with clients on job sites that he tends to scoff at the high summer temps in the American Southwest.

Summer is a love hate relationship for me. Love things that open and the new clothes lines that come out. Just hate dealing with more teenagers who can’t drive. Had some trying to get me to race in a school zone
