How to make money in rural places in the UK?

I live in Maidenhead rural place in Berkshire and I would like to find a second job. What else can I do for weekends?

Pubs and cafes often hire. If you're not scared of cows dairy farms often need staff. Slaughterhouses pay good money and the hours are short. If you've got any skills it's worth putting the word out as people often just want a single job done for the day
