if language and money etc wasn't a barrier, i would go for south korea or germany - japan seems really cool too but i couldn't deal with all the natural disasters, netherlands also seems really nice, i would want to visit russia one day but i could never live there, france and italy also seem cool to visit but not live - not on the list though, but i would also go for Canada

My dream country is Canada. I want to live there since I was 17 but getting there seems impossible and it's too expensive.

Out of the ones you listed the one I could see myself living in it is France. I would visit Japan, South Korea and I have no interest in visiting others.
