Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.

I live in the Florida countryside, and yes, it's pretty damn peaceful for the most part...

That is of course until I see dogs let loose by their owners to trespass and defile everyone else property, the constant thunderstorms, and the occasional Cottonmouth and Diamondback Rattlesnake.

To me, nature is like one of the voices of God in a way, the chirping crickets and buzzing bees show me that every breath is a gift from God and God is always devoted to the existence of his people.
