Oooooof, that's a tough one. Both countries are high on my bucketlist, but both countries also have many problems. Myanmar has gotten better over the years, but I still don't trust the government enough to travel around on my own. Same with Uzbekistan. Maybe the average Uzbek is friendly, except in some of the ultra-conservative areas, but the government still doesn't want Western tourists there, and even if you manage to get a visa, you will constantly be harassed by the local police.
Now that I think about it, I'll go with Myanmar. There it at least seems if you join a cruise or group tour and stick to main tourist sites, the junta for the most part will leave you alone.
Is the fact that I'm an ethnical Jew and part Mongol enough for the government to not see me as Western?
@HippieVeganJewslim You're Spanis, right? According to this, EU citizens don't need a visa for Uzbekistan, so I think you're double covered.

Technically, I'm Russian, born in US of A and living on Tenerife, a Spanish island and I've EU citizenship, so I reckon You're right. Can You just as easily fly to Myanmar as I fly to Uzbekistan?
@HippieVeganJewslim If you have E. U. citizenship then you're good. Just go with your EU passport. Technically no, as we need an E-Visa, but Myanmar has opened up a lot in the last few years, and it's certainly much easier for Americans to visit than it was a decade ago, and still easier than Uzbekistan, I feel
Myanmar, because Uzbeks are very nosy people with bone in their nose. Just kidding! Uzbekistan, as Myanmar is infamous for torturing Muslims. Furthermore, I'd've love to stay in those wee dome places.
The Muslims really must've crossed the line if they managed to piss off the TRUE religion of peace that much. Go read how the Roghinya refugees act in Bangladesh and you will see why Burma treats them that way.
And it's not like Uzbekistan treats other groups any better. If you're gonna complain about human rights abuses, you should call out everyone equally.
@KostasKouvalis Uzbekistan does have limited freedom of speech, but how can it be any worse than what's up in Burma?
That is, freedom of religion, but faiths other than my own are allowed. Uzbekistan has a higher percentage of Muslims than Burma, so no wonder I'd like to go there!

B. Culturally, Burma is a hell hole. Watch Rambo (2008) for a bloody hint.
Is it on Netflix?
@HippieVeganJewslim It is in their DVD. com
I couldn't go to that site. Maybe I'll watch it using illegal Chinese technology.
If those are my only options I think I'll just stay home
If made to choose, Uzbekistan please.
