Technically, a Pan-American road trip is by far more epic due to the logistics of it (several border crossings, customs, different currencies, etc.). It includes driving through a dozen countries, a trip across the Equator and into the southern hemisphere. There's several countries in Central and South America I'd love to see, but there's no way I'd drive through Mexico and even parts of Central America to do it. North America is a huge continent and there's plenty I still want to see here in Canada and the U. S., but there's no denying that a U. S./Canada road trip is much less demanding for a whole host of reasons.
I pick A, There is so much to see in the uS and Canada.

Second option, but both trips would be incredibly overwealming I think
The Pan-Am highway will require a expensive vehicle
USA Canada.
