What’s the longest road trip you have taken?

In 2016 between 2017, I was averaging around 3000 miles a week about 11 hours a day (14 hours total per day including breaks). I'd say the longest was maybe 2 months at a time, then I'd get 2-4 days off and go back over the road again?

That was before I got into local trucking and I had just got my CDL. I can still do 600 miles a day on like 3 hours of sleep.

I'm gonna guess around 8000-9000 miles. I was 17 when I did that with a friend. There were several more trips in the 6000-7000 mile range. Plus a whole boatload in the 3000-4000 miles range. Time wise the longer trips were around 5-6 weeks.

I can’t speak for my husband, but I think the longest we’ve taken as a family may have been close to 4000 miles round-trip, perhaps even slightly more. From our home in the American southwest we drove to North Carolina, up to Washington DC and back home.

Drove from the Maritimes to ON.. got stuck in so much traffic.. took us 17hrs straight I think when it was supposed be around 15hrs.

2181km from Ontario to Saskatchewan. After getting my license and going for a road trip during Covid (before restrictions got ridiculous) I travelled to BC with my friend and our dogs. To get from my town to Vancouver it was, 1411km after doing some sightseeing we took off across Canada, 4416km to get to Newfoundland and then back to Alberta was 3758km; two ferry rides. So all in all I drove 9585km in the span of roughly 3 weeks. Thankfully it wasn’t all driving we stopped and explored and had a lot of fun, tried new foods and camped a lot.

I was gone for almost 6 months it took me nearly 4 weeks to get down to Florida that is because I mainly rode a bicycle and I did accept rides at times

I've been to Gary, Ind. a few times and, one of those times, we drove over to Chicago so, that'd be the longest one. Here to Gary is a 9 hour drive.

I think it was 4 weeks on my motorcycle.  Coverd 8,000ish miles, meet some really nice people, camped in the great outdoors.  It was good.
