What's the longest road trip you have ever been on?

When I was my family took a month-long vacation. We drove from Michigan to California and back, two weeks each way. We stopped to see all the sites along the way, Mount Rushmore, the Badlands, Grand Canyon, Sequoia, Yellowstone, etc. Another year we drove to Maine and back. And I have driven to Florida and back several times.

To Virginia when I was a kid to ride on the rides at Busch Gardens. Most of the time we fly if we have to go on a long trip.

In one go just an 8 hr trip from wellington to Auckland, If I remember correctly we just stopped a couple times for lunch and toilet break and then for me to throw up on the side of the road right outside of Auckland 🙃 felt sick the entire way and half an hour away from the destination it all came out

None quite so long. Germany-London-Bordeaux and back, on motorbikes. Germany-Gibraltar, ditto. Brisbane-Sydney. Melbourne-Adelade.

Trains, though: Perth-Sydney was probably the longest. Half way around the world on a ship... None of which I remember, I was too young.

An 8 or 9 hour drive to Indiana.
Unless you wanna count the time we played Erie one night, a 3 hour drive, then Cleveland the next afternoon, another 3 hour drive, then we came back home, a 4 hour drive.

Napa Valley to Las Vegas. I am afraid of anchor in big landscape and it use mile instead of kilometer. I feel speed is too fast the number is the same thought.

I have done Brisbane to Canberra in one trip... about 1100km, passing through Sydney traffic. Also Orlando to Augusta round trip, about 1300km.

We did Sydney to Adelaide once, which is 1375km, but it is all highway and little or no traffic. We were young and poor and chose not to stop for accommodation.
