Which inexpensive hotels had you stayed in Europe?

We all know traveling to Europe is not cheap, even if some believe it is. Anyway I want to know differnt options of affordable clean bed and breakfasts or hotels in the following cities if any of you had travelled to those cities before and remeber the name of the accomodations. Im travelling in August to Europe with 5 more people ( 4 cousins and one friend of all ) and i have to be in charge of looking for the accomodations and see what the other think. We are not backpackers let me tell you but we can't afford expensive fees either. At least clean rooms, breakfast included if possible.

Cities: Venice, Berlin, Munich, Madrid, Prague, London.

I am bad at picking hotels, i always take the cheap ones because i am barley in there, just for sleeping. But ☝️ Venice will be very expensive, what i did was i landed in Milano and it's much nicer than Venice, rented a car and drove to Venice and it was a nice experience driving the way there. Just saying

we will be flying from rome to venice by air and no rent a car from venice to the hotel too expensive

I've stayed at a few Novotel hotels... inexpensive and bare bones, nothing fancy... in Belgium and England.

All my travel is in Europe. I find most of my accomodations on booking. com. I'm fairly cheap so all places were on the affordable and in my opinion only one place was disappointing for me.

I also suggest looking at using flixbus for your city transfers.

I know the site booking but there are so many hotels there that I dont even know how to start. The group goal at least for an accomoations are breakfast included, clean rooms, near by metro or subways stations or close to the main attractions so we dont walk that much (as I know in Europe you walk a lot)

Most places in Europe are quite nice to walk at. Basically you can filter by what you'd like and then see what you get.

Try Formule 1, French company but they have branches all over,,,
