Time travel happening now?

Do you think that what you feel in your heart and hear in your mind at times, could be "you" communicating with yourself from future? Like... before you speak you hear an answer in your head? Or you sense something that otherwise, is hard to explain how you did it? I've had many of these over my life...

This Physicist, and author is saying time travel is possible, and affirming Einstein. To my knowledge, he isn't saying the above... that's my fascination.

The theory makes sense. But would going back and changing the past change the present?

I'd say yes, it changes the present forward. e. g. if you are in the future and tell your present by way of "energy", you can change the present, forever changing history.
That makes some sense to me.
