My favorite is if the park is low on people and you can just ride whatever you want without waiting. Once I went to Great America and my favorite ride (Drop Zone) had no people waiting and usually it's 30 minutes at least and sometimes over an hour for a. ride. So this girl and I would just get off, then exit and race around through the maze and get on the next round. We rode it probably 6+ times in under 45 minutes.

Space mountain is also really awesome, but you can't really tell from the video since it's mostly dark, and I've never waited less than 40 minutes to ride it.

As for me I love rollercoasters & I love the flips, dips, rolls & so much more. I love being blown out of my seat & moving at high speed. Try skydiving if you the theme parks, I went skydiving three times already.

I hate rollercoasters but I like theme parks.

Disneyland and Universal Studios are great. Lots of fun rides and stuff in each.

There was a video in the news a couple of weeks ago at Disneyland California. A girl got up and walked off a ride (one of the boat ones that goes slowly) because she was having a panic attack. "I can't. I just can't," she said, shaking her head, stepping on the hardscaping parallel to the line of boats.

I'm not like that. I like those rides, the slow but immersive ones. But I won't be able to walk for a bit after a rollercoaster. Too rattled.

They've shut it down for a major overhaul, by now, I expect? Did you hear about that? They think it's no longer culturally appropriate.
What do you think of that?

I liked the Peter Pan ride a lot. It was way too short, but the only ride I've ever been on that had you flying through a dark blue 'sky' with white twinkle lights. I'm suuuuch a sucker for those colours, and nighttime.

Bug's Life, with the German caterpillar talking to you, and them hitting you with that puff of watermelon scent in your face... so cute.

There's lots of experiences there I miss.

I hear the "no longer culturally appropriate" vibe, and agree the world we live in is not one where we can display caricatures of cultures like the ones in "A Small World", such as the squinty-eyed Chinese, (video in link showing the dolls eye change from lines to open wide eyes) insidethemagic.net/.../

On the other hand, I don't see anything mean-spirited about the ride as it was originally, and feel that part of the theme is a celebration of unity parallel to a celebration of diversity. Where is the diversity when all dolls are made to be as similar as possible to avoid insensitivity?
Epicanthic folds and varying skin tones are real features of real humans.

Final take is I am all for whatever keeps it fun and inclusive for everyone, or at least as many as possible. Disneyland is a place that all people should be able to enjoy.

Used to, I really want and am going to American ones because I am bored of England ones are roller coasters are small as hell.
Even Pepsi Max which I used to be relucent to go on now I go on it and I don't get any stomach feeling from any of the drops. It just simply does nothing really and that's our biggest one so meh.

Love rides but I want that feeling back when they used to have some effect. I've heard about American Roller coasters that literally cause blackouts so... yeah I need to go on those.

Disneyland is ok as are all the Disney Parks but the prices are insane (I can afford it easily but it bothers me that kids are charged the same as adults - about $ 100 per day). I have no kids but still...

Only occasionally. Waiting on lines for all of the rides when it's 10,000 degrees out can take the charm out of the experience.
